DRAMeXchange records that global NAND Flash supply bit growth trended down to 21% in 1Q06, down from 4Q05's 36%. Most NAND Flash manufactures continue to ramp up NAND Flash capacities this year and increase portion on MLC and 70nm amid the benefit of high gross margins that brings from 2005. We maintain our positive outlook for the NAND industry through 2006 and anticipates a 197% YoY global supply bit growth for 2006.
